03 Regarding shipping: After the buyer pays for the order, we will ship within 48 hours (two days). Generally, orders and payments made before 4 PM will have the goods delivered on the same day (except during holidays).

For bulk cargo shipped via Dashanghuo Logistics, please inform the customer service of the address of the nearest logistics company and the name of the shipping station, so that you can deliver the goods at the shortest possible time and at the nearest location.

05 Regarding payment: The buyer first selects a payment method (such as online banking, quick payment, Alipay balance, etc.) to pay to Alipay, and Alipay guarantees the security of the payment; once the buyer receives the goods and confirms them, Alipay will then transfer the money to the supplier.

If the product is not received by the deadline or does not meet the requirements, the buyer may submit a refund request to protect their rights.
