The logistics requires self-pickup, and different logistics companies have varying fees. We do not bear any costs related to logistics. £Regarding after-sales service

Please verify the quantity and quality of the items within 24 hours of receiving the goods. If any issues are found, promptly inform customer service for resolution. It is essential to inspect the quantity, quality, and packaging in person. If there are any missing or damaged items, contact our customer service immediately before signing for delivery for confirmation. If no inspection or signature occurs, we shall not be liable. Please exercise your rights as a consumer! Protect your own interests! Our products are fragile; if they are damaged during transportation and cannot be repaired, we will provide a free replacement product or a repaired accessory. However, the costs associated with the replacement product or accessory will be borne by the buyer. £Regarding returns and exchanges
① Return and exchange without quality issues: If the buyer needs to return the product due to personal reasons, and the damage caused by shipping the returned item is significant, a 20% discount on the original price will be given for a refund. ③ Damage to the goods during transportation: Please ensure that the boxes are inspected upon unpacking in front of the logistics or delivery staff when receiving the goods. The cardboard boxes are elastic, while plastic toys are not, so it is possible that the outer packaging may remain intact but the contents may be damaged. Please verify the goods before signing for delivery. 5% damage to the product is within normal limits; we will provide a service to send replacement parts for repair upon re-ordering, but not a separate replacement unit.

④ The transportation is carried out by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The shipping time is affected by various factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and cannot be used as a reason for return.
