[Regarding Samples]

To ensure the quality of samples, all product samples from our factory must be re-selected by designers using new materials for prototyping. Since these are non-inventory items, samples are sent out. Therefore, the prototyping cost is twice that of bulk production; any excess over the bulk price will be refunded in the subsequent payment. Photos will be taken before sending the sample for your confirmation. No returns will be accepted. Please take photos carefully if you are concerned about this.

[About the Product]

Some Harvest Festival products (such as maple leaf vines in late autumn) are mixed with leaves randomly based on the product color scheme. All samples are not covered by shipping, and SF Express is used by default for payment upon delivery. If you need to change to regular shipping, please confirm shipping costs with customer service before placing the order.
