1. Generally, shipping takes about 1–2 days after payment. Due to our extensive product range, packing is quite complicated, and the sorting process is very demanding. Please understand each other; we will arrange for the warehouse to sort and ship your order as soon as possible!
2. For items out of stock and requiring notification, please note “Please notify me if the item is out of stock” in the order message!
3. Regarding returns and exchanges: ① Returns due to no quality issues: If the buyer needs to return the product due to personal reasons, the damage caused by the return shipping will result in significant losses, and the refund will be 60% of the original price. We do not offer returns for no-quality issues after more than 1 month. If it is truly impossible, please contact our customer service. Note: (The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. For items with free shipping, we will charge the shipping fee at the time of delivery). ② Returns due to quality issues: If the total weight of the product with quality problems reaches 20KG, the shipping cost for the return will be borne by the store (please contact online customer service to determine whether to send via express or regular mail). If you wish to return the product early beyond the weight requirement, the shipping cost will be borne by the buyer. ③ Damage during transportation: Please check the package carefully in front of the logistics or courier staff when receiving it. The box is elastic, while plastic toys are not, so the outer box may remain intact but the contents may be damaged. Please verify the goods before signing for delivery. 5% damage to the product is within normal limits, and we will provide a service to replace parts for a new order, but not a separate replacement. Transportation is handled by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. Shipping time is affected by weather, vehicle arrangements, traffic conditions, and other factors, and cannot be used as a reason for return.
