Please verify the items before signing for delivery. 5% damage to the product is within normal limits, and we will offer a service to send replacement parts for re-ordering, but not a separate replacement. Transportation is handled by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. Shipping time is affected by weather, vehicle arrangements, traffic conditions, and other factors, and cannot be used as a reason for return.
