WhenPurchase Information
1. Damage to the goods
If the damage to the goods is due to transportation issues, the buyer must provide the product shipping note number, photos of the damaged outer packaging, and photos of the damaged product. We will resolve the issue through negotiation with the buyer.
2. Regarding returns
Return conditions: If the product lacks its expected functionality due to inherent quality issues, we will provide a refund or replacement. For other reasons (such as poor sales performance or differences in quality compared to expectations), no refund or replacement will be offered. The return period is 3 days after receipt of the order, and the replacement period is 7 days after delivery. Any request beyond these timeframes will not be accepted.
3. Customized products
After purchasing a customized product, please carefully verify the quality before confirming delivery when the buyer receives it. If additional issues arise the day after confirmation, it will be the buyer's responsibility.
4. Image Descriptions
