Just blow hot air at the flattened areas with a hair dryer; they will soften when heated and return to their original shape!

Issue regarding goods receipt: When receiving the goods, please ensure you immediately count to confirm that all items are present. If any items are missing, have the logistics staff present during the delivery. Request a signature confirmation from the logistics personnel to prove how much you have received; we can refund or replace the missing items. We will take full responsibility. If you contact us without a signature confirmation regarding missing items, our store will not be liable. For a smoother transaction, please count the goods in person. There is a reason for this emphasis—we hope all customers understand.

Damage issue: Since the goods are shipped via logistics and express services, please remember that our company packs them very securely before shipment. However, it is impossible to guarantee that the goods will not be damaged due to rough handling during delivery. Therefore, regardless of the quantity, you must open the package for inspection to check for any damage. If there is any damage or if the appearance is not satisfactory, please reject the goods. If you sign for receipt without checking, and the packaging is damaged, the recipient shall bear all consequences. Our company shall not be responsible for any damage caused by transportation reasons.

Logistics shipping: The customer's goods are transported via logistics. Some logistics pickup points are located far from your location, and we are not clear about this when shipping here. When choosing logistics shipping, you should be prepared for this. After all, you can opt for express delivery or logistics; however, if you choose logistics as the shipping method, you must bear the consequences of your choice. If the goods arrive at your city, the logistics department will notify you to pick them up. If you cause the goods to be returned due to inconvenience in picking up, or refuse to accept the goods without reason, you will need to pay for both legs of the logistics shipping.

Product quality: All products sent out undergo checks before production, during production, and before shipment. Only those that pass all checks can be arranged for delivery. However, various uncertainties may lead to functional deficiencies. Our company guarantees only a 97% pass rate; 3% falls under the scope of exemption.

Return & Exchange: Conditions for return & exchange – if the product has quality issues that result in missing functions, we will process it through a return or refund. Please ensure to return the item in quantities of over 10 kilograms or worth over 100 yuan. Standard shipping will be used. For return & exchange requests, include a return & exchange form and a description of the reason for the return. Other reasons such as poor sales performance or not meeting expectations are not considered quality issues. We do not accept return & exchange applications.
