However, it is impossible to guarantee that the goods will not be damaged due to rough handling during delivery. Therefore, regardless of the quantity, you must open the package for inspection to check for any damage. If there is any damage or if the appearance is not satisfactory, please reject the goods. If you sign for receipt without checking, and the packaging is damaged, the recipient shall bear all consequences. Our company shall not be responsible for any damage caused by transportation reasons.

Logistics shipping: The customer's goods are transported via logistics. Some logistics pickup points are located far from your location, and we are not clear about this when shipping here. When choosing logistics shipping, you should be prepared for this. After all, you can opt for express delivery or logistics; however, if you choose logistics as the shipping method, you must bear the consequences of your choice. If the goods arrive at your city, the logistics department will notify you to pick them up. If you cause the goods to be returned due to inconvenience in picking up, or refuse to accept the goods without reason, you will need to pay for both legs of the logistics shipping.
