03 Regarding shipping: After the buyer pays for the order, we will ship within 48 hours (two days). Generally, orders paid and processed before 4 PM will have the goods delivered on the same day (except during holidays).

We will contact you by phone or WeChat if the product is out of stock. The products sent will not be included in the list; please note this if you have a request.

Customized products shall be based on the time agreed upon by both parties.

04 Shipping & Logistics: The default shipping method is Yuantong. For other shipping options, please contact the online customer service. If the shipment does not arrive or if you need the item urgently, please contact customer service to arrange SF Express shipping (a surcharge will be required).

For bulk cargo shipped via Dashanghuo Logistics, please inform the customer service of the address of the nearest logistics company and the name of the shipping station, so that you can deliver the goods at the shortest possible time and at the nearest location.

05 Regarding payment: The buyer first selects a payment method (such as online banking, quick payment, Alipay balance, etc.) to pay to Alipay. Alipay guarantees the security of the payment; once the buyer receives the goods and confirms them, Alipay will then transfer the money to the supplier.

If the product is not received by the deadline or does not meet the requirements, the buyer may submit a refund request to protect their rights.

06 Regarding delivery receipt: Please ensure that you sign for the goods in person when they arrive. If it is signed for by family members, friends, or a security guard, it will be considered as your own signature. Please open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing for them.
