1: Default delivery is within 48 hours. We use regular shipping; express shipping is not available. For urgent orders, SF Express with payment on delivery is used by default.
2: We ship from Yiwu, Zhejiang. For transactions within the same city, delivery can be received the next day. For deliveries outside the province, it takes about 2–5 days, around 6 days for remote areas, which is the normal shipping time.

2: When products are shipped in bulk or sold through wholesale, it is inevitable that some items may have minor defects. We hope you understand this. If the issue is not serious, please handle it yourself. If there are obvious defective items, please refer to the details below.
3: Our company mainly operates in wholesale. If you receive defective items or the wrong goods, please collect at least 10 defective or incorrect items and return them to us, then exchange them for new ones or deduct the amount from your next order. For the return shipping fee, it is reimbursed at 5 yuan in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, and Anhui, and 8 yuan in other regions. If less than 10 items are collected, you may request an exchange or deduction; in this case, the return shipping fee shall be borne by you. We hope you understand.
4: When returning defective items, please attach a note indicating your Alibaba ID, the list of defective items, and the reason for return. Also, keep track of whether the returned package has been received. Once it is confirmed received, contact online customer service immediately to request a deduction from a new order or a replacement.

4. If you want the jewelry to remain unchanged in color, apply a layer of transparent nail polish on the surface to prevent oxidation.
