Buyer Instructions

To avoid any unpleasant feelings that may arise due to disputes during the transaction process between the buyer and seller, we hereby provide advance explanations and agreements for the following situations.

1. There is no warranty service for the toys. In case of intentional damage, we only provide free repair services, charging only reasonable parts fees, while the round-trip shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer.

2. When receiving the goods, the buyer should open and inspect them in front of the courier first to ensure they are undamaged before signing for delivery. If the goods are damaged, the buyer must refuse to sign for them and return them directly to the courier; if the buyer signs without inspection, or has someone else (such as a security guard or friend) sign on their behalf, and later it is found that the goods are damaged, the seller shall not be liable. We only provide repair services, and the round-trip shipping costs and spare parts fees shall be borne by the buyer.

3. Within 24 hours after the goods are signed for, if any quality issues occur (not due to human damage), you may contact customer service to request a return or exchange. Returns and exchanges without prior contact will not be accepted, and we will cover the round-trip shipping costs; after 24 hours, if any quality problems or damage occur, you may request repair services, but returns or exchanges will not be accepted, and the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

4. The remote-controlled aircraft is essentially a fragile toy. If used improperly, many cases of damage occur during the first use upon receipt. We acknowledge that there may be defects in the product design, but there are too many factors that can cause damage to the remote-controlled aircraft. Moreover, both parties are not present at the time of use, which makes this a common point of dispute regarding quality issues. Therefore, both parties have specifically agreed: the buyer shall check whether the remote-controlled aircraft, charger, and other components function properly upon receiving the item; any damage that occurs after the aircraft takes off is considered intentional damage and does not fall under quality issues.

5. By purchasing the product, you agree to the above terms. If you have any objections, please contact the seller again. Thank you!

Return and exchange instructions:

1. When signing off on the email, be sure to check with the courier whether the product is damaged or missing before signing off. Sign off only after confirming there are no defects. If any issues are found, refuse to sign off and contact us immediately. If you sign off directly without checking, we will not be responsible for any damage or missing items!!

2. If a return is due to dissatisfaction with the product, if all accessories are present, a 20% refund at the purchase price will be provided. If any accessories are missing, additional charges will be applied, and both return and shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

3. For quality issues and causes related to our operational mistakes, we will cover the round-trip return shipping costs. (Valid within 24 hours of logistics delivery receipt)

4. Exchange old devices for new ones without a deadline. Whether it’s a broken toy or an outdated device, the exchange is available provided all components and boxes are complete. (A 30% replacement fee applies for aircraft, and a 50% fee for Meizhi series products. The return shipping cost is borne by the buyer).

5. If the buyer wishes to return or exchange the item, they must first notify our customer service. Only after obtaining our approval can the return or exchange be processed; otherwise, we have the right to reject it!

6. This site refuses to accept any express deliveries or mail with pay-to-order fees under any circumstances. In such cases, the buyer is fully responsible! (We also refuse to accept items with high shipping costs!!!)

7. If the sold products have been removed from our shelves or discontinued, no exchanges will be provided, regardless of the customer’s size.

8. Minor scratches or marks may occur during the production, assembly, and transportation of the toys; this is unavoidable and not a product quality issue. Please understand!

Description of images and product quality:

1. All product images are 100% real-life shots. We make no changes to the colors of the images. Color differences may occur inevitably under different lighting and monitors; all details shall be based on the actual products.

2. There may be differences between the product quality and the images; for example, there may be variations in size and material (as everyone has different values). The actual dimensions and quality of the product should be considered. If the size is difficult to determine, please consult customer service. Differences in size and material that are not as expected cannot be used as reasons for return or exchange. If a return or exchange is indeed necessary, a 20% refund at the purchase price will be provided.
