1. Before purchasing the item, the buyer is requested to contact me first to confirm if it is in stock, to avoid delays due to lack of availability. However, it is generally available. 2. Orders will be shipped only after payment is received; payment before delivery is not accepted. Alipay is welcome. This store sells at the actual price; no bargaining is allowed!

3. Due to the processes of display, photography, and graphic creation, there may be slight color variations in the product! The actual colors shall be based on the physical item!

4. Please complete the transaction within 5 days after purchasing the item.

5. Regarding returns and exchanges: Once products are sold, we do not accept returns but can process exchanges. Exchanges are accepted for dissatisfaction, dislike, or other reasons. The shipping cost is to be paid by the buyer. If you contact us within 2 days of receiving the item, an exchange can be arranged; no further processing will be done after this deadline.

6. Regarding fragile items: The goods must be received in person by the buyer, and signed for only after inspection confirms they are intact. If any damage is found, the signature can be rejected and the item returned directly. Returns are supported, with a refund included (only for Zhongtong shipping; other carriers do not cover shipping costs, which the buyer must pay). If the signature is done by someone else or the items have not been properly inspected, any issues arising after signing will be the buyer’s responsibility.
