Buyer Instructions

The shipping cost is to be paid by the buyer. Contact us and request a replacement within 2 days of receiving the item; no further processing will be done after this deadline.

6. Regarding fragile items: The goods must be received in person by the buyer, and signed for only after inspection confirms they are intact. If any damage is found, the signature can be rejected and the item returned directly. Returns are supported, with a refund included (only for Zhongtong shipping; other carriers do not cover shipping costs, which the buyer must pay). Any issues arising from someone signing for the item or incomplete inspection after signing will be the buyer’s responsibility.
