(Blowers used by hand or stepped on produce air, and such balloons cannot float.) If you do not have helium, you can purchase hand blowers or stepped blowers, as well as large rods, at this store. Balloons made with these tools are also sold. When inflating, please use devices that allow control of the inflation amount, such as hand-pushed or stepped inflators. Aluminum membrane balloons should be inflated to about 70% only. Avoid over-inflating to prevent damage to the balloon and reduce its usability, thus avoiding waste!
[Regarding Quantity]
Dear buyer, due to the nature of the balloon skin material, there is approximately a 3% defect rate in the balloons. It is difficult for us to detect this during shipping. It is normal for 1-2 balloons to be missing from each package (50 pieces), as the weight is measured by machine, which is not as accurate as manual counting.
