1. Regarding delivery receipt:
For the goods sent by our company, please inspect them first and then sign for receipt.
If you notice any discrepancies in the quantity or damage to the items, please stop accepting them immediately and contact us right away.
Contact our customer service staff for negotiation and resolution. Do not sign the delivery blindly. Any authorized signature or proxy signature is considered to be made by the consignee themselves or authorized by them. Thank you for your cooperation!
2. Description of replacing defective items:

You must notify our customer service before making a replacement order, and the replacement can only be processed after obtaining our approval; otherwise, we have the right to reject it!
(The shipping cost for any issues sent back shall be borne by you; the shipping cost for replacements shall be covered by us.)
Our company has quality inspectors who conduct strict inspections on products before, during, and after production, to ensure that 100% of the product quality is satisfactory before shipment.
However, due to various uncertainties, our company can only guarantee that the quality of 97%-98% of the products will be flawless upon arrival, while 2%-3% falls outside the warranty scope.

3. Return Instructions:
Our products are sold at wholesale prices; we cannot guarantee that there are no issues with the goods.
For returns or exchanges due to this issue, the round-trip shipping costs will be borne by you.
If return is indeed necessary, please arrange a 30% discount return or exchange, provided that the product and packaging are not affected by sales.
(Valid within 7 days after receipt, and we have the right to reject your request after 7 days.)

Shipping time: Orders paid before 16:00 will be shipped on the same day; orders paid after 16:00 will be shipped the next day.

Shipping method: Defaultly, Yuntong and Baisi Express. If your location is not within the delivery range, you can directly contact online customer service to negotiate shipping requirements.

Delivery reminder: Please make sure to verify that the item is intact before signing for it. If any shortage or missing item is found during inspection, you may refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

Regarding general invoices: General invoices are supported (a 3% fee is charged).
