1. How were your returns processed? If any quality issues are found, who will cover the shipping cost?

Answer: Hi! After our goods are shipped, if returns occur due to personal reasons (such as not liking the style, quality not matching expectations, or significant color differences), the buyer must bear the return shipping costs. If the return is due to quality issues, please take clear photos of the item within 24 hours of receipt, and we will decide whether to destroy it on the spot or return it based on the number of defective items. Answer: The company stipulates that if the total amount of goods purchased on our website reaches over 1000 yuan, free shipping is available. (Excluded for remote areas, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions, as well as overseas areas)
3. I have ordered a large quantity of goods on your website. Could I benefit from any discounts or promotions?
Answer: Our company’s website backend has an automatic membership upgrade policy set up. As long as your cumulative amount reaches the requirements for upgrading, the system will automatically discount your order.
4. I have placed an order on your website. When will the shipment be dispatched? When can I receive it?
Answer: Under normal circumstances, orders paid before 3 p.m. can be shipped on the same day (however, if certain colors are out of stock, shipping may occur on the second or third day). For orders during promotions, shipping typically starts on the second or third day.
5. Are all the images on your website real photos? Will there be significant color differences when I receive them?
Answer: Approximately 80% of the products on our website are real photos, while about 20% are generic online images. We try our best to restore the true colors of the products when taking photos. However, due to photography techniques, lighting, and monitors, some color differences may occur. The images are for reference only; please refer to the actual products. Please avoid taking photos if you are sensitive to color differences!
6. After we receive the goods, can we return them if we cannot sell all of them?
Answer: We are the first manufacturer at Alibaba to offer 7-day no-questions-asked return or exchange policy. As long as your item has not been opened, used, or displayed on a stall after receipt, and does not affect its second sale, you can cover the return shipping costs yourself within 7 days of receiving the item. If more than 7 days pass, we cannot arrange a return or exchange for you.

Regarding the shipping process
After the customer places an order, our company has the corresponding customer service staff print the product list and hand it over to the warehouse manager. The warehouse manager then counts the items at the warehouse based on the list, passes them to the packing staff for verification, and finally the shipping staff sends them to the courier company along with the courier for pickup. After the courier signs off on the list, they pack the items and submit them to the courier company for scanning and shipment. The shipping staff then returns the list to the account manager for retention.
Special Note: As we operate as a wholesale site, the shipment volume for a single product is high, and due to physical wholesale operations, it is difficult to update inventory promptly. If there is a shortage of 4 or fewer products, we will ship them directly without prior notice; if the shortage is larger, we will contact customers by phone. We hope all clients understand this.
Regarding delivery timeline
After the customer places an order, items will be shipped within 48 hours. If it is a holiday, the shipping time will be postponed accordingly. After the actual shipment, a delivery statement will be issued. The time it takes to receive the goods may vary depending on the city of receipt. Generally, the goods can be received within 3 to 7 days after they are actually dispatched (in some remote counties, they may need 5 to 7 days due to multiple transit steps). We cannot guarantee that the product will arrive at the buyer's hands within a few days after shipping, as we have no control over the efficiency of the courier company (or postal service) and cannot assess the quality and attitude of the delivery personnel in your area.
