Regarding returns and exchanges: ① Returns due to no quality issues: If the buyer needs to return the product due to personal reasons, the damage caused by the return shipping will result in significant losses, and the refund will be 60% of the original price. We do not offer returns for no-quality issues after more than 1 month. If it is truly impossible, please contact our customer service. Please verify the items before signing for delivery. 5% damage to the product is within normal limits, and we will provide a service to replace parts for a new order, but not a separate replacement. Transportation is handled by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. Shipping time is affected by weather, vehicle arrangements, traffic conditions, and other factors, and cannot be used as a reason for return.
