Typically, dedicated logistics require a full truckload to proceed, so deliveries to cities using dedicated services are usually fast. However, for non-dedicated or transit-based cities, delivery times may be slower (depending on distance, generally 3–15 days). We can ensure prompt shipment, but cannot guarantee the speed of the logistics service. We hope all buyers understand our difficulties and avoid giving us negative reviews due to logistics issues! If you have questions, please contact us promptly for resolution. Customers who cannot wait patiently should be cautious when placing orders. We do not accept returns due to long delivery times; otherwise, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer. If the buyer has not received the goods by the auto-confirmation deadline, the delivery time can be extended. We will actively cooperate to provide you with satisfactory service. We usually cooperate with dedicated line trucks for shipping. The difference between dedicated line trucks and regular logistics companies (such as Deppon and Jiaji) is that companies like Deppon and Jiaji require fiberglass products to be wrapped in wooden frames before they can handle the shipment. The cost of making these wooden frames is very high (such transport companies also make money from custom-made frames). Typically, a 3.6-meter-long ship requires around 500 RMB.
We consider partnering with specialized logistics providers for several reasons. First, their mobility is very fast, with goods reaching destinations directly via single lines, unlike DPD and other logistics companies which use relay transfers between cities. Additionally, the quality of freight staff across different logistics companies varies widely, increasing the chance of damage to goods with each transfer by one percentage point. Second, by working with specialized logistics providers, we do not have to use wooden frames, which saves us a significant amount of cost.

Before shipping, all products are carefully inspected and checked at each stage before being loaded onto the vehicle. Please inspect the items on site after receiving them and sign for delivery only after confirming they are in good condition. If any quality issues are found, please reject the package and return it to the seller for replacement, to avoid unclear responsibilities that could prevent a replacement. This prevents unnecessary trouble during your purchase.
