1. Shipping Instructions

Our store defaults to shipping by express delivery, with Zhongtong being the default carrier (other carriers may be selected for certain reasons, such as regional restrictions or inability to deliver, etc.). 4. Signing Instructions

1. Signing for delivery: The buyer must sign the package in person when signing for it, after verifying that everything is correct. If you find any discrepancies in quantity or damage to the goods, please seal the package as it was originally and refuse to sign. Contact customer service immediately in front of the courier. After confirmation by customer service, the package can be returned (if you return it without contacting customer service, the buyer will bear the return shipping costs). Once signed for, we shall not assume any responsibility. Please note this applies equally to cases arising after someone else signs for the delivery. Therefore, it must be the buyer themselves who signs for the delivery!

2. Damage: The responsibility for damage caused due to transportation will not be borne by our company (it is recommended to choose logistics services with insurance such as DePang or JiJie). However, we will do our best to assist the customer in resolving this issue. Our company will help the customer communicate with the courier or file a claim. Please (or the person receiving the goods on your behalf) ensure that you check the quantity and appearance of the goods together with the courier (this is your right). 3. Return: Any returns, interceptions, or returns that have not been notified and confirmed by our customer service will be borne by the buyer at their own expense (including free shipping orders).

5. Regarding after-sales service and returns/exchanges
