What kind of deliveries do you usually send? How long does it take for you to ship orders?

Due to the large number of products we handle in bulk, the process is relatively complicated, and the delivery speed is slow. Generally, orders paid before 3 PM on the same day will be shipped that day. For particularly urgent orders, please contact customer service in advance to request early delivery. Additionally, to reduce errors in orders, we usually enter the shipping tracking number into the transaction details when placing an order. If you cannot find the tracking record during the same day, delivery will only be possible the next day. We enter the shipping tracking number when placing the order; please understand the inconvenience caused.

We default to using Zhongtong Express (other express services can be chosen if there are specific requirements). For urgent orders, you may opt for SF Express, but the shipping fee is paid by the recipient. Shipping costs are free of charge for orders exceeding 300. Our company has a large inventory, and most items are available on display. In case of minor shortages, we will ship immediately without contacting you. We will note this in the order details. If there is a shortage, please contact customer service upon receipt to request a refund or transfer to Alipay. If you need to inform us of a shortage, please write it in the order notes so that the warehouse can contact you when dispatching the items.

I have two orders. Could you adjust the shipping fees, but we aren’t available to do it?

If we are not near the computer, you can make the payment directly, as the product weight may not be precise. The extra shipping fee will be transferred directly to you via Alipay. However, you need to leave a message letting us know, otherwise we won’t be aware of the extra shipping fee you paid.

What should we do if there are quality issues?

For any products purchased from our company, if there are quality issues or missing items, please contact us promptly. We will resolve the problem for you as soon as possible.

1. If any product shows functional failure or quality issues within 7 days of receipt (based on the delivery note signature date), please contact us promptly; applications will not be accepted after the deadline, and any verification of fraud or false reporting will result in no acceptance.

2. If the buyer claims that the product has no quality issues due to dissatisfaction, dislike, not being what they wanted, or poor sales prospects, we will not provide a refund or exchange.

3. Regardless of whether the outer packaging is damaged or not, customers must open the package for inspection upon receipt. If the product is damaged due to shipping issues, please have the relevant shipping company provide a certificate stamped with the official seal, and submit this certificate to us, so that we can assist the customer in filing a claim; however, we will not bear any responsibility for damage or loss of goods caused by logistics.

4. All customers are requested to ensure the integrity of the product packaging and the completeness of accessories or related documents. If there are quality issues with the product itself, we will provide a replacement within the specified time frame.

5. If the returned product has an incomplete packaging, missing accessories, or relevant documents; if it was repaired or modified without authorization; if it was used or stored in a non-standard manner; if it is beyond the product warranty period; or if the returned product is labeled and contains falsifications, we will not provide a refund or replacement.
