【Buyer Guide】: If you encounter any quality issues or missing items, please contact us promptly. We will resolve the problem for you and provide you with a satisfactory response.

1. If any product shows functional failure or quality issues within 7 days of receipt (based on the delivery note signature date), please contact us promptly; applications will not be accepted after the deadline, and any verification of fraud or false reporting will result in no acceptance.

2. Since it is not possible for customers to inspect all products individually after receiving them, we allow a 7-day period after receipt for any quality issues. We can provide you with a replacement or a refund.

3. For customer specifications regarding product colors or styles, we will do our best to meet them, but it may not be 100% possible. If the color or style does not match, no return or exchange will be provided (the customer can indicate that the item is out of stock).

4. If the buyer claims that the product is unsatisfactory or not easy to sell, and there is no actual quality issue, we will not provide a return or exchange.

5. Regardless of whether the outer packaging is damaged or not when receiving the goods, customers must open the box for inspection. If the product is damaged due to transportation issues, please have the relevant shipping company issue a certificate stamped with the official seal, and provide this certificate to us, so that we can assist the customer in filing a claim; if the damage or loss of goods is caused by logistics, we will not assume any responsibility.

6. All customers are requested to ensure the integrity of the product packaging and the completeness of accessories or related documents. If there are quality issues with the product itself, we will provide a replacement within the specified time; (the shipping cost for a separate replacement order shall be borne by the customer, and it is recommended to arrange a replacement in the next order)

7. If the returned product has an incomplete packaging, missing accessories, or relevant documents; if it was repaired or modified without authorization; if it was used or stored in a non-standard manner; if it is beyond the product warranty period; or if the returned product is labeled and contains falsifications, we will not provide a refund or replacement.

8. When the customer returns the product due to a quality issue, please send it back to our company using regular shipping. The shipping cost shall be covered by the customer. After receiving the item, we will cover the remaining shipping fee and the actual product cost based on the shipping label.
