Regarding delivery receipt: Before signing for the package, if someone else (a proxy) signs for it on your behalf, please inform the recipient in advance that they must inspect the goods in front of the courier company staff and check the integrity of the items upon opening the box. If the quantity of the goods is incorrect or there are no signatures, and you discover any damage or shortage, you need to request a refund. Please refuse to accept the package and contact us immediately by phone to report the situation; we will provide you with a satisfactory response.
