Regarding delivery receipt: Before signing for the package, if someone else (a proxy) signs for it on your behalf, please inform the recipient in advance that they must inspect the goods in front of the courier company staff and check the integrity of the items upon opening the box. If the quantity of the goods is incorrect or there are no signatures, and you discover any damage or shortage, you need to request a refund. Please refuse to accept the package and contact us immediately by phone to report the situation; we will provide you with a satisfactory response. However, if, after signing for or having someone sign for it, on the second day (not immediately after contacting the seller), there are issues such as insufficient quantity, missing items, loss, or damage, we are not responsible for refunds or compensation. Signing for the package indicates that the item is intact, and our store assumes no responsibility for this. Regarding returns and exchanges: For returns and exchanges due to non-quality issues (such as size not suitable, personal preference, dissatisfaction with quality, minor color differences, etc.), the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
