If the quantity of the goods is incorrect or there are no signatures, and you discover any damage or shortage, you need to request a refund. Please refuse to accept the package and contact us immediately by phone to report the situation; we will provide you with a satisfactory response. For returns due to personal reasons, the buyer must bear the shipping costs as well. (Please pack the returned items properly to prevent damage.) If the seller refuses to accept the item upon receipt, thank you for your understanding. However, if the damage is caused by human error, returns are not accepted.
