1. Regarding delivery receipt: Before signing for the package, if someone else (a proxy) signs for it on your behalf, please inform the recipient in advance that they must inspect the goods in front of the courier company staff and check the integrity of the items upon opening the box. If the quantity of the goods is incorrect or there are no signatures, and you discover any damage or shortage, you need to request a refund. Please refuse to accept the package and contact us immediately by phone to report the situation; we will provide you with a satisfactory response. However, if, after signing for or having someone sign for it, on the second day (not immediately after contacting the seller), there is a shortage or loss, or damage to the goods, we are not responsible for refunds or compensation. Signing for the package indicates that the item is intact, and we are not liable for any issues. Additionally, if there are quality problems with the goods outside the specified time frame (seven days), no refunds or exchanges will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.

2. Regarding returns and exchanges: For cases not due to quality issues (such as size mismatch, personal preference, dissatisfaction with quality, minor color differences, etc.), the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. In case of a replacement, the buyer must pay the postage; no refund will be given for returns without payment of shipping fees. For returns due to personal reasons, the buyer must bear the shipping costs as well. (Please pack the returned items properly to prevent damage.) If the seller refuses to accept the item upon receipt, thank you for your understanding. However, if the damage is caused by human error, returns are not accepted.
