1. Regarding delivery acceptance

Before signing for the delivery, if someone else (an agent) is responsible for signing for it, please inform the recipient in advance to inspect the goods. It is essential to open the package and check the condition of the items in front of the courier company staff. Verify that the quantity of the goods matches the signature and inspect them on the spot. If any damage or shortage is found, please refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately by phone to report the situation; we will provide you with a satisfactory response. If, after signing for or having an agent sign for the delivery, within two days (not immediately contacting the seller), there is a shortage or loss, damage, or other issues with the goods, we are not responsible for refunds or replacements. Signing for indicates that the item is intact, and we bear no responsibility for this. 2. For returns or exchanges due to non-quality issues (such as size mismatch, personal preference, dissatisfaction with quality, minor color differences, etc.), the buyer must cover all return shipping costs—the buyer will also need to pay the postage for the replacement item, while no shipping fees will be refunded for returns. For returns due to reasons other than personal issues, the buyer must also cover the shipping costs. The seller refuses to accept the paid items; thank you for your understanding!
