1. Regarding delivery acceptance

Please arrange for someone (to accept the delivery on your behalf) before signing for the package. Inform the recipient in advance to inspect the goods. It is essential to open the package and check the condition of the items in front of the courier staff. Verify that the quantity of the goods matches the signed amount. If any damage or shortage is found, please refuse acceptance and contact us immediately by phone to report the situation. We will provide you with a satisfactory response. If, after signing for or having someone accept the delivery, the quantity of goods is insufficient, or there are omissions, losses, damages, etc., within the next day (not immediately after contacting the seller), we are not responsible for refunds, exchanges, or compensation. Signing for the package indicates that the item is intact, and we bear no responsibility for this.

2. Regarding returns and exchanges

If it is not due to quality issues (such as size mismatch, personal preference, dissatisfaction with quality, minor color differences, etc.), the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns or exchanges. For exchanges, the buyer must pay the postage. No shipping fee will be refunded for returns. If rejection or returns occur due to non-personal reasons, the shipping cost is also borne by the buyer.
