Subject to the actual item; please be cautious when ordering.

[Note] The tray has a wooden frame; avoid moisture. If it gets damp, use a dry cloth to wipe it clean. For daily cleaning, just wipe with a wet towel and let it dry. Shell dishes should not be soaked in water or rinsed directly; keeping them dry will enhance their durability.

【Warm Reminder】The natural shells are artificially cut and embedded; handmade items cannot be completely flawless—such as small black dots, yellow spots, or incomplete images. These do not fall under quality issues; please consider purchasing with caution!

【Regarding Weight】Each pallet is handmade, so the weight cannot be completely uniform; the provided values are merely approximate.

Tips for Use

The tray features a wooden frame with a painted shell pattern on its surface. If there is water accumulation, simply dry it with a cloth. If used as a tea tray, make sure the tea set is dry before placing it to maintain dryness and durability.

1. Before signing for the delivery, if someone else (an agent) is responsible for signing for it, please inform the recipient in advance to inspect the goods. It is essential to open the package and check the condition of the items in front of the courier company staff. If the quantity of the goods is incorrect or there are no signatures, please reject the delivery and contact us immediately by phone to report the situation. We will provide you with a satisfactory response. If, after signing for or having an agent sign for, problems such as insufficient quantity, missing items, loss, or damage occur on the second day (not immediately after contacting the seller), we are not responsible for refunds, exchanges, or compensation. Signing for indicates that the item is intact, and our store assumes no responsibility for this.

2. Regarding returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges due to non-quality issues (such as size mismatch, personal preference, dissatisfaction with quality, minor color differences, etc.) are entirely at the buyer's expense. For exchanges, the buyer must cover the postage. If the return is due to non-personal reasons, the buyer is also responsible for the shipping costs. (Please pack the returned items properly to prevent damage.) If the seller refuses to accept payment upon delivery, thank you for your understanding!
