2. Regarding size
Mrs. Hui's several product lines have different dimensions between them; moreover, all fabric products are handmade, so there may be slight variations in size.
It’s inevitable to have some discrepancies; therefore, if you are not certain, please contact our customer service to confirm the dimensions.
3. Regarding colors
Every product is photographed in person by experienced photographers in the industry, aiming to achieve the highest level of authenticity. However, due to individual differences among monitors, we cannot ensure that the images and physical products match exactly for every customer—this is unavoidable with online shopping. Therefore, we strongly recommend that customers who are highly sensitive to colors and have high color requirements compare multiple monitors. We cannot accept returns or negative reviews based on color discrepancies.
4. Regarding customer service
We have a highly professional customer service team. If you encounter any issues regarding the products during your purchase, you can consult our customer service staff. The customer service hours are from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM and from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM. If they are offline, you can leave a message; once online, they will contact you immediately.
5. Regarding after-sales service
Our company offers a 7-day no-reason return and exchange policy. If it is due to quality issues, we will cover the return shipping cost; if it is not a quality issue, you will need to pay for both ways. Non-quality issues include color differences, size variations, and asymmetrical printing on some items—these do not count as quality problems.
6. Regarding shipping
Due to the varying management capabilities and inconsistent quality of personnel among logistics companies across different regions, we cannot guarantee that the logistics service provided by you will be absolutely satisfactory.
