Regarding after-sales service: Within 1 year from the date of delivery, any malfunctions will be repaired free of charge at no cost, with shipping expenses shared equally; for the next 10 years, there is a free warranty, and the return shipping costs are borne by the buyer (both on-site repair at the factory and self-pickup options are available). Orders with ID 1688 are considered trade transactions. Only retail orders enjoy a 7-day no-reason return or exchange policy; for consignment or other reasons not attributable to the seller, the return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. The merchant is not responsible for any fees incurred during returns.

 Shipping Insurance: This transaction is a commercial trade activity, and no 7-day free return or exchange is supported (except as otherwise specified by the platform). We do not offer shipping insurance or other types of insurance; customers are responsible for making their own choices.

Invoice: 1688 transaction is a wholesale trade activity, not a retail service. The invoiced amount must be 500 yuan or more. Our company does not support individual personal use or retail distribution with separate invoicing for individual orders. For personal use customers, it is recommended to purchase on Tmall or <t_0000003>. If the amount is less than 500 yuan, please contact our store by December or February to obtain a regular invoice; no compensation will be given for year-end gaps. Invoicing for individuals or businesses under 500 yuan is not supported from January to November. We have no obligation to notify again. (If VAT is required, please take a photo before contacting our dedicated customer service for assistance).

After-sales warranty: In cases such as rejection or incorrect address due to the buyer, order cancellation, etc., once the goods are shipped, shipping fees, packaging material loss, and costs for returning the goods for re-inspection will be incurred. A deduction of 15% of the item value will be made before refunding the payment (the minimum amount for customers using third-party shipping services is 5 yuan per order). The warranty period is 1 year from the date of shipment, with additional 3-year extension by the dealer (i.e., 3 years of coverage for retail stores, with regular returns to the factory for warranty checks quarterly). Since the after-sales responsibility of end-users cannot be determined, it is assumed that both the buyer and the dealer will bear the round-trip shipping costs to the factory for warranty service. The costs of repair materials are covered by the factory, while damages caused by the user are borne by the user.
