Some defects are inevitable during the firing process, such as finger marks, bubbles, protrusions, pits, black spots, scratches, uneven coloring, uneven bases, and uneven glaze surfaces. If there are damages during the transportation, if a box contains just a few damaged items—1–2 pieces—please take a photo and send it to customer service for processing (within 48 hours of receiving the goods). 6. Instructions for Logo Customization

Product customization can be used for promotional and sales marketing purposes. Logos and QR codes can be customized. For custom logos, both the front and back can be customized. The design fee for custom logos is paid by the buyer. The cost for one color of the logo is 80 yuan, and for two colors it is 130 yuan. An additional 50 yuan will be charged for each extra color. This applies proportionally! Color variations in logo customization are normal. Additionally, the logo is applied manually to the cup, so it is not guaranteed that it will not be misplaced. Any misplacement of the logo is considered normal. Customization does not allow returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Please proceed with the customization only if you agree to the terms. II. Regarding Remittances

Customers can pay for their purchases via bank transfer or Alipay and have the amount credited to our account immediately.
