Regarding shipping

The purchase time is based on the buyer’s payment date. Under normal circumstances, orders placed before 17:00 daily will be shipped on the same day. In case of special circumstances, we will contact the buyer promptly. You can also consult customer service when making a purchase.

Color difference issue

All product images are taken in real life, but due to factors such as shooting techniques, lighting, and monitor settings, the actual color of the items may differ from the photos. Please refer to the actual products.

After-sales service

If you encounter any issues during receipt, installation, or use, please feel free to contact us. We can provide professional guidance at any time. If quality problems (not due to human error or improper use) are discovered after receiving the goods, you may request a return or exchange. Upon confirmation, we will accept the return or exchange without conditions and cover all related costs.

Regarding the passing rate

What we offer to customers are cost-effective toys, not valuable crafts. Those seeking high-quality products should avoid purchasing our items. We provide wholesale services, not retail sales. We can only guarantee a 98% quality rate; any 2% quality issues are covered by our warranty. Due to low wholesale profits and high shipping costs, if there are any defective items or minor damage during transportation, we will refund the full amount and replace them for you. Long-term cooperation relies on trust.

Return Instructions

If there are no quality issues with the product, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, from the perspective of customer benefits, after friendly negotiation between the customer and our customer service, and based on mutual compromise, for returns due to non-quality issues, we will refund the items that show no quality problems and do not affect future sales at a 30% discount after verifying the quantity upon receipt. If you cannot accept this condition, please do not purchase our products.

Shipping Instructions

The shipping cost calculated automatically by the system is the courier fee, which is charged based on region and weight. (Since most products in this store are heavy books and wooden toys, the shipping cost may be slightly higher, but it is the actual fee—please do not worry about any extra charges.) The courier service is provided by this store; customers are not allowed to force their preferred courier. We will select the appropriate shipping method based on cost-effectiveness and speed. For large orders requiring logistics delivery, please contact customer service to reduce the shipping cost. Logistics fees are prepaid; the buyer must collect the goods from the local logistics center. The prepaid and cash payment prices for logistics fees are the same. Prepaid is recommended, and the actual shipping cost will be based on the prepaid payment. The logistics shipping costs reported by our customer service staff are estimated based on experience and are for reference only. The actual shipping cost will be determined by the actual logistics service. Orders worth more than 500 yuan can be shipped via logistics, and the lower the shipment volume, the more cost-effective the shipping fee. Buyers who have never used logistics delivery can consult customer service for details. Logistics shipments usually require pickup, and the shipping fee is prepaid.
