Self-adhesive:
Self-adhesive labels, also known as self-stick label materials, are composite materials made from paper, film, or special materials, with adhesive applied on the back and a silicone protective paper serving as the base material.
Self-adhesive specifications and dimensions:
The width is 109CM, with 1CM cut edges on each side. In actual use, the width is 107CM, and each roll measures approximately 400 meters; it can also be cut into flat sheets according to customer requirements.
Adhesive:
Water-based glue, hot-melt glue, and oil-based glue. Among them, oil-based glue has the lowest requirements for usage conditions; it can withstand high temperatures and sunlight, but its drawback is that it is not environmentally friendly, and it is gradually being replaced by eco-friendly water-based glue; hot-melt glue is generally used under low-temperature conditions and has higher environmental requirements.
Material:
It can be divided into paper-based materials and film-based materials. Film-based materials include PP, PVC, PET, PC, laser film, transparent PVC, etc.; for paper-based materials, kraft paper, coated paper, fragile paper, synthetic paper, pearlescent paper, aluminum foil paper, thermal paper, pattern paper, gold-plated paper, silver-plated paper, and more can be selected. Base paper:
Commonly known as "release paper," its surface has a low surface energy that prevents adhesion. The backing paper acts as a barrier to adhesives, allowing the release paper to be easily peeled off from the backing. Common types include white backing paper, white, blue, and yellow Glaucin paper or garlic skin paper, kraft paper, polyester, coated paper, and polyethylene.
