1. Ordering Rules:

1. The pricing is based on the actual wholesale price. After clicking “Confirm Order”, the system will automatically calculate the shipping fee, and you can also see the specific charging standards of the shipping company. Customers who need to send goods via logistics must contact us to set the shipping fee to 0. For logistics shipments, the cost is paid at the destination, and the goods are picked up by the customer. Currently, when placing an order on Alibaba, it is not possible to choose between logistics or express delivery; our system defaults to express delivery.

2. Yiwu small commodities – one price, one deal. We hope you approach the product descriptions and images with an abstract perspective. The products are continuously improved and upgraded, and some image versions may have been edited by art designers. If you are looking for a specific product from a particular manufacturer, please contact us before placing an order to confirm the details.

3. The product offers color options for selection, and we will ship based on the order. Items without color options are typically shipped randomly, which is determined by what colors are available in our warehouse.

4. Please make full use of the “Leave a Message for the Seller” section to note your special requirements. We will try our best to meet them, so that the warehouse can see the notes, and there will be no errors in shipping, or misdelivery, etc.

II. Shipping Rules:

1. There are mainly two ways of shipping. If the quantity is not large, it is recommended to use express delivery for door-to-door delivery, which is convenient and fast. For larger quantities, logistics services are more cost-effective, but it is necessary to pick up the goods directly from the logistics company, which is generally not very convenient. Express delivery is typically provided by Yuantong; dedicated logistics services are also available. There are many trucks leaving Yiwu daily to various parts of the country. As long as it is a place with active trade in Yiwu, there are direct trucks available. After delivery, the logistics company will call to arrange the pickup. Even in counties or cities without direct trucks, the logistics company will arrange trucks to transfer the goods step by step. The freight fee for direct deliveries is approximately $15 per item, while the transfer fee for indirect deliveries is around $20.

2. Shipping will occur approximately 2–3 days after payment, except in special cases. Due to the imperfect backend of Alibaba, the actual shipping time is based on the scanning records, not on the “click to ship” action in the backend. The logistics information will be based on the updated tracking number and phone number.

3. If there is a designated logistics provider, please include the Yiwu phone number and address in the “Message to Seller” section; chat records will not be used as proof.

4. Items that can be delivered directly usually arrive in about three to four days; those that require transit may take one to two days longer. Exceptional circumstances are not included. The actual arrival time will be based on real conditions, which we cannot control. If you have specific requirements for delivery time, you can specify the shipping method.

5. The specific pickup address shall be based on the notification from the shipping company. If pickup is inconvenient, you may arrange for logistics or send a courier service.

6. We can also arrange shipping according to the customer’s preference, such as Deppon, Jiaji, Xinbang, and Tiandi Huayu. However, the shipping costs are relatively high.

III. After-sales Rules
1. Within 3 days of receipt (based on the delivery note signature date), promptly provide feedback on product information and receipt details (for fragile items that are sensitive to pressure, whether there is any shortage, and the actual situation of receipt). Applications will not be accepted after this deadline. Any cases of fraud or false reporting will not be accepted once verified.
2. If any products with quality issues, such as functional failures, are discovered within 7 days of receipt (based on the delivery note signature date), please contact us promptly; inquiries after this period will not be accepted.
3. When receiving the goods, the customer must open the boxes for inspection, regardless of whether the outer packaging is damaged or not. If any damage or quality issues occur due to transportation, please have the relevant shipping company issue a certified document, and provide this document to us, so that we can assist the customer in filing a claim.
4. Returns due to dissatisfaction or mismatch will not be accepted, as there is no actual quality issue.
5. For returns due to quality issues, please collect returns of at least five kilograms. The shipping cost for returning the items shall be borne by our company (we refuse expensive logistics services such as Deppon and Jiaji; please contact after-sales customer service to discuss the return method). If the customer insists on returning the items, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer. After all, we handle mixed orders, not retail sales. Please understand each other!
