5: Logistics Introduction: Customers choose a logistics company that is closer to them and more familiar with them. We do not know the transportation conditions in your city, so we usually send ordinary logistics shipments randomly, and we are unaware of the distance between the unloading points and you. You cannot request a refund just because the logistics provider is far away and you are unwilling to pick up the goods. The appropriate shipping fee must be declared in advance. For direct shipments, we can generally maintain a stable price. However, for cities requiring transit, the cost of two transfers is difficult for us to control. It is recommended to find a familiar logistics provider. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the shipping costs incurred from two transfers, and you should not threaten us to pay for these costs. We are very careful when distributing goods in our warehouse, and long-term customers should be aware that we pack items carefully, but we cannot ensure zero damage during transportation. If you require us to cover any damage, please pay an additional 10% damage prevention fee on top of the product price. If damage occurs, we will compensate; if this fee is not paid, we will assume the customer has waived this request, and we will not bear the damage.

6: Since all products sold by this store are mid-to-low price range, the quality is excellent. However, some minor defects are difficult to control. We suggest that customers who are too picky avoid purchasing from us, as the items we sell are only a few yuan—and cannot compare to items costing dozens or hundreds of yuan. Please understand this.
