[Regarding Delivery]

1. The company defaults to Yunong Express for shipping. If customers have special requirements to switch to another courier service, please contact customer service and pay the additional freight fee. Our store operates on a wholesale model with low volumes and high profits; therefore, the shipping costs are borne by the customer. Thank you for your understanding.

2. Shipping Time: Under normal circumstances, orders placed and paid for before 17:00 on the same day will be shipped on the same day. Orders paid after 18:00 will be shipped the next day. Note: There are no absolute rules; in case of special circumstances, the shipping time will be determined through mutual agreement between both parties.

[Regarding After-sales Service]

1. If there are no quality issues within 7 days and the original packaging is not damaged, it does not affect the product for 2 sales. The buyer will bear the shipping cost for a replacement. If more than 7 days pass, no action will be taken.

2. Regarding the definition of quality issues: Fashion accessories are fast-fashion consumer goods. They are not as flawless as gold and silver jewelry from specialty stores. Minor imperfections are normal, and anyone in the accessory business should be aware of this. 3. When receiving the goods, the customer must open the boxes to check and verify the total quantity of items, and proceed with acceptance only after confirming that the total quantity is correct.

[Regarding Out of Stock]

Due to the continuous increase in product styles, some styles may be selling extremely well or still in production at the factory, leading to temporary supply shortages. If any product becomes out of stock after ordering, we will contact the customer online immediately. If no response is received or timely reply is not possible, we will take the following actions: for orders where the shortage is less than five items, we will ship the goods promptly to ensure timely delivery, and we will refund the payment for the corresponding out-of-stock items upon receipt of the goods.
