3. Regarding returns and exchanges: For exchanges or returns, please contact our sales customer service first for confirmation. Without the permission of the customer service, any return will be rejected by our company. The sales customer service handles all matters related to returns and exchanges only after meeting the return and exchange criteria. After receiving a return request, the warehouse will search based on the shipping label; if the details are unclear, the item will be rejected. Please carefully verify the quantity of the returned item and fill out the return form accurately.
