1. The product is an authentic item from the manufacturer.

(1) All products produced by this factory are manufactured in-house, ensuring they are genuine and free from defective items;

(2) The color boxes, product dimensions, weight, volume, and colors of different batches vary. If you have concerns, please consult customer service in advance to obtain specific instructions;

(3) All product images are manually taken. Due to factors such as lighting, reference objects, and monitors, which are beyond human control, there may be certain color variations. Those who are sensitive to this should purchase with caution.

(4) Glass products are manufactured in bulk for industrial machinery. Minor defects such as inconspicuous small bubbles, tiny bumps, or tool marks are normal; those who cannot accept minor defects should not purchase the product.

2. Regarding wholesale

(1) One product, one specification; orders must be made in quantities of 2 boxes or more. Please place orders in multiples of full boxes (the box capacity is specified for each product). As for the product designs, they are shipped randomly by default. If you have specific requirements for the designs, please note them in the order or contact customer service.

(2) The products are not for retail sale or one-shop delivery. If customers need to purchase samples, please contact customer service. Regarding shipping costs, please consult customer service.

3. Regarding shipping

(1) Generally, shipments are made within 2 days after payment. For custom products, it takes 3–4 days. The production and packaging of special color boxes require a certain time frame. For urgent orders, please contact customer service.

(2) All goods are shipped via logistics, that is, regular freight transport. They can be delivered directly to provincial capitals and major cities; for other cities and counties, transit is required.

(3) The shipping fee is paid at the destination. Generally, the cost for one box is around 10–50 yuan (depending on the distance to the city), and delivery fees are calculated separately.

(4) Shipping time: Under normal circumstances, direct delivery takes 2–4 days; if transit is required, it takes 5–8 days. Upon arrival, the customer should collect the goods at the shipping point. The pickup location is usually in the suburbs or at a city logistics center. (Note: The pickup location cannot be guaranteed to be close to you, as logistics services only reach the city or county level, and cannot be precise to individual districts.)

(5) Ruitai Glass’ estimates regarding shipping costs and delivery time are for reference only; no guarantees can be made regarding logistics.

(6) Please specify a familiar logistics company and provide the name and contact information of the shipping company; if no logistics provider is specified, we will arrange the shipping ourselves.

4. Regarding after-sales service

(1) When picking up the goods, regardless of whether the outer packaging box is damaged or not, the customer must open it at the pickup point for inspection. If any product is damaged or lost due to transportation issues, please take photos on the spot and obtain a certificate stamped by the logistics company, and provide this certificate to us. We will assist the customer in filing a claim. Thank you!!

(2) For damaged products, after negotiation with the logistics company, a replacement will be provided in the next order or the cost of the damaged products will be refunded.

(3) If the goods are not picked up as required, and if damage or loss occurs due to logistics, we will not bear any related responsibilities.
