Regarding warranty and after-sales service: 1. All products from this store are covered by one year of warranty. If there is a quality issue within one year, a free replacement can be provided. However, the shipping cost for returning the product for replacement is at the buyer’s expense, including any quality issues. We will cover the shipping cost when sending a new item (within 3 months, we cover the return shipping; beyond 3 months, both return and reshipment costs are the buyer’s responsibility). 2. Simple issues that can be resolved by sending additional parts will be addressed by sending extra parts. Otherwise, the product will be sent back to the manufacturer for warranty or replaced with a new one. 3. Electrical appliances must be inspected upon receipt. Damaged items will not be accepted. If damage is discovered after acceptance but before delivery, the shipping cost for return or replacement is the buyer’s responsibility.
