02 Regarding Shipping:After the buyer places the order and pays, we will ship the goods within 48 hours (two days). Generally, orders with payment made before 4 p.m. will have the goods delivered on the same day. If there is a shortage of items, we will contact you by phone or via Wangwang. During shipping, dedicated staff will verify the shipping list and the goods, and once everything is correct, they will pack them into a 5-layer corrugated box lined with bubble wrap before sending out.
03 Logistics and Delivery:The default shipping method we use is Zhongtong. If you need another shipping option, please contact the online customer service. If the shipment does not arrive or if you require the goods urgently, please inform the customer service to arrange delivery via Shunfeng or postal services. For bulk shipments that require logistics consignment, please provide the address of the nearest logistics company and the name of the consignment station to the customer service, so that the goods can be delivered at the shortest possible time and at the nearest location. We must emphasize that neither shipping nor logistics can be controlled by us. Please do not use complaints regarding shipping service attitude or delivery time as a basis for evaluating us.
04 Regarding Signing for Delivery:Please ensure that you sign for the goods in person when they arrive. If it is signed for by family, friends, or a security guard, it will be considered as your signature. Please open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing. If any damage occurs during transportation, please directly verify and claim compensation with the delivery personnel or refuse to sign for the goods.
