The carpet consists of two layers of material. (The surface is made of rabbit fur-like fabric, with a soft texture, similar to touching a little rabbit, while the bottom is made of hard cotton felt with plastic backing)

The fabric comes in multiple colors (see color classification).

The hard cotton felt is produced through strong machine extrusion, with patterns applied via surface molding to prevent slipping. (Its feature is high hardness and durability.)

The edges of the carpet are covered with fabric edges, and hard cotton felt is placed inside to enhance the aesthetic appeal.

Carpet weight; approximately 1750 grams per square meter.

Carpet thickness; bottom 0.5 cm, pile height 3 cm, total thickness approximately 3.5 cm.

Regarding shipping costs; most areas include free shipping (as shown on the system). For smaller quantities, a small amount of shipping fee will be charged (we charge the same amount as the courier charges, without additional fees).

Shipping aspect; small quantities are sent via express delivery, while large quantities are sent via freight and logistics services. (Only our partnered couriers can deliver; no specific courier can be specified)

Shipping guarantee: Small quantities will be shipped on the same day, while larger quantities will take 2-3 days.

Regarding returns: You must contact customer service first to process the return. We offer offline refunds, and you just need to provide the Alipay account to the customer service.

Shipping instructions;    1  The shipping cost is borne by the buyer.

2. An additional 3 yuan will be charged for the shipping label, and 3 yuan for packaging bags per order.

Damage caused by shipping is to be resolved between the buyer and the shipping company; our factory is not responsible.

4 Add 1 yuan per square meter. The factory will be responsible for returning or replacing any damage caused by the courier service, and will negotiate with the courier company.

5 The delivery is only done by Yunda Express; discussions will be held for other delivery services.

6 bulk wholesale shipping: pay the freight upon delivery, with the buyer paying it themselves; the shipping is faster and much cheaper.

7 Tianjin, Beijing, Shandong, Hebei, Henan, Anhui, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Hunan, Hubei, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning — If the quantity is large, free shipping is available.

8. The shipping cost displayed in the template is for 2-meter * 3-meter packages. If it is less than 2-meter * 3-meter, please contact our factory customer service to modify the shipping cost.

Special Note:

1   Due to reasons such as shooting and scanning, there may be slight color differences between the actual item and the image. The actual item shall prevail. If you do not accept color differences, please make a careful purchase decision.

2 Due to the packing of the rug in rolls, when you receive it and open it, you may find it somewhat messy. You can shake the rug vigorously or use your hand to smooth it out, and then the rug will become neat and smooth again.

3   When you receive the carpet, please check if the packaging is intact. If the packaging is damaged or the carpet is damaged, do not sign for delivery. Please contact us. No returns will be provided after signing for delivery, as it is impossible to determine whose fault it is.

4. If the buyer submits a return or exchange request within 24 hours after receiving the goods, no return or exchange will be accepted.

5. The buyer must ensure that the returned or exchanged goods have not been used and are in complete packaging. If not, no refund or exchange will be provided.

6   As a reason for requesting a return or exchange, they claim they don’t like it, it’s not suitable, and there is a slight color difference. No return or exchange will be granted.

7 Customized carpets cannot be returned or exchanged, except due to quality issues.

8. For returns due to quality issues, the seller is responsible for the return shipping costs. For other reasons, the buyer must cover the return shipping costs. The buyer must pay the shipping fee upfront when returning the item. After receiving the returned item, the shipping fee will be refunded. If the package is returned due to refusal of signature at the destination, the loss shall be borne by the buyer.
