【Shipping and Delivery】

Shipping time: Under normal circumstances4 PM that afternoonOrders placed and paid for earlier will be shipped on the same day, if possible. Orders paid after 4 PM will be shipped the next day. Customers expecting delivery on the same day should place their orders and complete payment as soon as possible, and try to avoid the peak order period between 3:00 and 4:00 PM!

Shipping method: By default, our company uses Yuantong Express. For domestic deliveries, it costs 10 yuan except in Xinjiang, Tibet, and Inner Mongolia, where it is 6 yuan (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan). You can also choose SF Express; please confirm the exact shipping cost with customer service.

[Regarding Inspection]

Before the delivery driver leaves the scene, customers should check the items according to the order. If any discrepancies in quantity or damage is found, please contact us immediately; we will assist the customer with the related after-sales issues. If the delivery driver leaves and the customer fails to check the items, the consequences shall be borne by the customer.

[Regarding Out of Stock]

Due to the continuous increase in product styles in the store, or certain styles being particularly popular, it is difficult for the warehouse stocking staff to update inventory levels promptly every day, which can lead to shortages of some specific styles.

If any items are out of stock in your order, our customer service team will contact you promptly. We will make arrangements once you make a decision.

【Regarding Product Returns and Exchanges】

If there are any issues with the product quality, please contact us promptly within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Although we conduct manual inspections for each shipment (including packing, packaging inspection, and QC testing), it is impossible to inspect every item. Some styles inevitably have inherent quality problems. Therefore, if there are any quality issues, you may first contact us to inform us, and we will replace the affected items upon subsequent restocking. (There is no need to rush for replacements just because a small problem is found on delivery; the associated shipping costs are a significant waste of resources and time for both parties.)

The return shipping cost will be covered by our company. The buyer will first pay the shipping fee, and we will refund the payment via Alipay once we receive the goods. For items paid for at the destination, we will reject them.
