The default Polylong card comes in good packaging; an inner box packaging can also be added. The default size is 28*17*19 cm with a total weight of 1.5 kg. One item can hold 12 cards, and the outer box measures 60*39*44 cm. The fabric box material consists of velvet wrapped around wooden compression boards using glue. It is strictly prohibited to wash or place it in humid environments. If used improperly and it gets moldy or damaged, no return policy applies.

1. All products from our company are sold wholesale without shipping fees, and no payment collection is provided.
2. For bulk foreign trade orders, please contact customer service to arrange a designated warehouse.
3. Our company does not cooperate with any fixed logistics companies. The shipping costs in the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai areas are generally around 1 yuan per kilogram. Unless otherwise specified, the logistics fees are paid at the time of pickup.
4. The courier companies usually used for cooperation are Zhongtong Express and YTO. In Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, the rate is 5 + 1 (1 kilogram at 5 yuan, 1 kilogram additional at 1 yuan; no first-weight charge if exceeding 20 kilograms). In Guangdong, Beijing, Tianjin, Fujian, Shandong, Anhui, etc., it is 5 + 2 (1 kilogram at 5 yuan, 1 kilogram additional at 2 yuan). For areas where delivery to Xinjiang, Tibet, and other provinces is not possible, please contact customer service for assistance; unless otherwise specified, the courier fee must be paid in advance.

6. For small quantities, use express shipping (recommended for Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai; for other regions, it is suggested to ship items over 50 kg via freight services). Please select your region, and the required shipping fee will be displayed. (Some express services may not be accurate; buyers should not be deterred by high shipping fees. After placing the order, you can contact customer service to get an accurate cost estimate. Payment can only be made after the cost is confirmed.)
