1. Due to the high shipping cost for umbrellas, the dimensions of each finished product may vary. Please refer to the dimension table and select the correct measurement method. If you purchase too large or too small items because of the dimensions, the return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.
2. Due to changes in shipping policies, goods with an outer packaging exceeding 1.8 meters cannot be shipped via courier. Therefore, the stem and ribs of a 3.4-meter circular umbrella have been shortened by approximately 5 CM to ensure it remains within 1.8 meters. Currently, both oversized and shortened versions are sent randomly. If you have special requirements, please contact customer service and indicate them.
3. Since the color display on different monitors and phones varies, there may be slight differences between the images and the actual product colors. Please refer to the actual item; those who are sensitive to this can take photos of each other.
4. For large items that undergo long-distance transportation, they may be damaged. It is recommended to open the package upon receipt for inspection. Sign off only after confirming no damage has occurred. If any damage is found, refuse signing; take photos as evidence and contact customer service immediately. We will handle the issue promptly. If you sign off without inspection and later discover damage during transportation, it is not the responsibility of our company or the logistics provider.
5. Due to the high damage rate of returns and exchanges for major items, and the high logistics costs, in order not to affect secondary sales, orders of 10 or more units per purchase are not eligible for seven-day no-reason returns or rejection. Please read the return and exchange instructions carefully before placing an order: If the product is shipped but not signed for, and you request a refund, we will charge a loss fee (20% of the order amount) as well as our shipping fees. If the product has been signed for and the return is due to non-quality issues, such as subjective reasons from the buyer (e.g., incorrect size measurement, dislike of color, or inappropriate appearance), the seller does not support no-reason returns. Both the return shipping cost and the seller’s shipping fees must be borne by the buyer. If the issue is indeed a quality problem with the product, customer service will assist you with the return and exchange process. When processing a return, please ensure that the product remains in its original condition, the packaging is intact, and it has not been used. If an invoice has already been issued, both the invoice and the product must be sent back together; if the invoice is lost or not returned, the return and refund cannot be processed for you. Flat mailing or pay-per-delivery shipping is not allowed when returning products. Please enter the return information in the after-sales application form promptly after returning the product, so that the seller can follow up on the return.
6. After placing an order for customized products, if production has already begun, a refund is not possible. If the items have been shipped or received by the customer, a return is also not allowed.
7. Since this product is a large-item, we will ship it based on the address you provide. Once the goods are dispatched, changing the address is not supported. If you need to modify the address, not only will the delivery time be extended, but the associated costs will also be borne by the buyer. We hope you understand.
