1. Product orders: The minimum order quantity for each product is 1000 units. If the customer’s required quantity is lower than this, the unit price will increase slightly; please discuss this with the sales representative.

2. Product quotation: Customers can first check the reference prices and detailed information on our website, and then contact our sales staff for a quote based on their requirements. For custom designs, it is advisable to provide actual samples so that we can calculate an accurate price; estimates based solely on images are not reliable. The final price shall be determined by a written contract between us confirming the sample price. The lower the order quantity, the better the price. Generally, the quotes are non-taxable.

3. Product prototyping: All luggage styles can be prototyped based on the actual samples or images provided by the customer. The fabric material can be selected according to client requirements to control the unit cost of the product. Standard colors of fabrics are available in stock, while special colors require custom production for bulk orders.

4. Order Contract: The parties confirm the style, quantity, unit price, color, material, LOGO production process, and delivery time of the ordered products, and then sign an order contract. All matters shall be in accordance with the terms of the contract.

5. Production Time: Generally, the production time for fabrics in stock is about 15 days. For urgent orders, production can be prioritized based on the workshop scheduling, and delivery can be arranged as early as possible. Orders for special materials and colors require approximately 10 to 20 days.

6. Packaging method: Each product is packaged in OPP bags (transparent plastic bags), and high-quality, durable cardboard boxes are used to prevent damage during transportation.

7. Payment method: A 30% deposit is required when placing an order. You can inspect the goods at our factory before delivery. After paying the remaining 70%, shipment will be arranged.
