1. The value for money of our shoes is acceptable; only some specific models have quality issues. This is because shoe production is done one pair at a time by hand, not mass-produced in a mold. If a few buyers have extremely strict quality requirements, I recommend not ordering from us initially and seeking other suppliers instead.

2. Measurement errors in shoes are possible. The internal lengths are measured manually, and any error of approximately 0.3–0.5 cm is normal. If you are very sensitive to this, please consider purchasing with caution.

3. Shoes may vary in size, and their weights will also differ. Therefore, it is advisable to consult customer service before placing an order to adjust the shipping cost.

4. Only postal services and Zhongtong are available for shipping. Note: If you need other couriers, contact customer service after ordering; prices will be discussed separately. (For delivery with payment at the destination, please contact customer service.)
