II. Regarding Delivery

Please carefully check the surrounding area of the box when receiving it. If there is any shortage or damage, do not take the goods away yet. III. Regarding Returns and Exchanges

1. If the buyer needs to return the product due to personal reasons, since the return process will cause significant damage due to shipping, a 9.5% discount on the original price will be applied for a refund. We do not offer returns or exchanges without quality issues after more than 1 month.

2. Please ensure to inspect the boxes in front of the logistics or delivery personnel when receiving the goods. The cardboard boxes are elastic, while plastic toys are not, so it is possible that the outer packaging may remain intact but the contents could be damaged. Please verify the items before signing for delivery. A 5% damage rate is within normal limits. The transportation is handled by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control.
