This is because clothing and footwear are labor-intensive industries—shoe production is done one pair at a time by hand, not mass-produced in a mold. You can understand this. If any minor problems occur, you can take care of them yourself to reduce the defective rate to under 3%. During stocking, we will check each pair to eliminate defective items and continuously lower the defect rate, ensuring better products reach our customers so that our partnership can last long-term. We reject malicious reviews without responsibility. There is no standard definition for quality in shoes and clothing; thus, even for the same pair, there are satisfied and dissatisfied customers. For those buyers with extremely strict quality requirements, I suggest not purchasing from us initially and seeking other suppliers instead.
