Size issues:The slippers are a bit small (size restriction; if your feet are wide or thick, it is recommended to choose a larger size). You can contact customer service before ordering.

Color difference issue:All images are taken with real objects; due to lighting and filter issues during shooting, a few may have slight color differences.

Smell issue:This store offers direct sales from the manufacturer. The newly produced shoes, when sealed in packaging, may have a slight odor—this is unrelated to quality. The odor will dissipate if placed in a cool and well-ventilated place.

After-sales issues:If any issues arise after receiving the shoes, please contact our customer service immediately and describe the situation. We will arrange a solution. Feedback received after the delivery deadline will not be considered.

Quality issues:Severe quality issues such as delamination and cracking occurred within seven days; our store will cover all associated costs.

Return and exchange issues:For exchanges due to non-quality issues, incorrect delivery, or other buyer-related reasons, the return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Shipping costs for returns due to minor flaws such as tiny threads, small stains, slight color differences, or mild glue odor must be paid by the buyer.

Warm reminder:Slippers made of EVA material should be avoided exposure to high temperatures and direct sunlight, as prolonged high temperatures can cause the shoes to deform.
