Performance Features:

The modified acrylate adhesive is a two-component (A, B) reactive structural adhesive synthesized using methacrylate-based materials through advanced processes. It features ease of use without strict measurement requirements, oil surface bonding capability, rapid curing at room temperature, high bonding strength, resistance to acids and alkalis, good compatibility with both water and oil media, as well as resistance to high and low temperatures—all while maintaining excellent performance.

Scope of Application:

This product can be used for bonding between various materials, such as steel, iron, aluminum, titanium, ABS, PVC, nylon, polycarbonate, glass-ceramic, polyester resin, polyurethane, cement, ceramics, and wood—both similar and different types (poor bonding with snowflake iron, red copper, and polyolefins). It is primarily used in the manufacturing, installation, and repair of automobiles, motorcycles, machinery, chemical pipelines, storage systems, woodworking furniture, lighting labels, toys, household goods, and home appliances.

Instructions for use:

1. Remove the oily dirt and contaminants from the bonding surface, then dry it.

2. Mix A and B in a 1:1 ratio using adhesive film, apply the adhesive within three minutes (at room temperature) to initiate bonding. Allow 5–10 minutes for positioning, and reach 50% of maximum strength after 30 minutes. The maximum strength is achieved after 24 hours.

3. Full curing takes 24 hours; use between -60℃ and 100℃

Precautions:

The glue solution has an acrylate odor; ensure proper ventilation and fire prevention during use. Since the product releases a large amount of heat during curing, do not mix too much of the glue solution at once. Avoid contact with skin, and wear appropriate protective equipment during operation. If the glue solution gets into the eyes or comes into contact with the skin, immediately rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention.

Shelf life: The shelf life is one year under normal temperature conditions (produced date indicated by the spray code). If the shelf life has passed and the glue solution has not deteriorated, it can still be used.
