Our products are only available for wholesale, not retail. However, if the amount reaches 500 yuan, mixed orders are supported. Due to the large quantities and high volume of goods, we only provide shipping services with self-pickup; if delivery to home is required, an additional delivery fee will be charged (except for sample items). For fragile items such as wine glasses, it is recommended to pay a 10 yuan box fee for a wooden case before purchase. If any damage occurs upon receipt, please inspect it at the logistics company after unpacking, collect the damaged items together, take photos, and send them to customer service. Damage exceeding 3% will be compensated by us; damage within 3% is considered normal damage due to wholesale transportation. As these are glass fragile items, any damage must be resolved within 24 hours; otherwise, you are responsible for the consequences!!! It is recommended that customers pay the shipping fee when picking up the goods, which will make the logistics company more cooperative until the fee is received. We support unconditional returns, but any damage during transportation and shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (except for products with processed logos). The first grade has better quality, while the second grade has minor flaws. A batch of cups with better quality is sold as the first grade; those with issues but still usable are sold as the second grade. Buyers who return second-grade products due to quality defects must bear the return shipping costs!!
